Manny Pacquiao has officially cut ties with long-time legendary trainer Freddie Roach for his upcoming July 14, 2018 fight with Lucas ‘The Machine’ Matthysse. Pacquiao will attempt to capture the WBA (Regular) welterweight title from Matthysse but without Freddie Roach. Pacquiao’s long-time best friend Buboy Fernandez will be the new head trainer for him along with his long-time assistant Nonoy Neri.

It’s going to be weird watching Pacquiao walk down to the ring on Saturday, July 14, 2018, without Freddie Roach.
