On September 15, 2018, Canelo Alvarez and Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin will get their chance to show the boxing world who the real winner was of their first fight back on September 16, 2017. Before Canelo and GGG get to prove their point to the boxing world, however, HBO has put together a great undercard that could very well steal the spotlight from Canelo vs. GGG 2.
The undercard will feature rising boxing star Jaime Munguia, hard-punching middleweight sensation David Lemieux, and the return of the once #1 Pound 4 Pound King Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez. Each fight on the Canelo vs. GGG 2 undercard has the potential to be explosive. You have 3 fighters who are ultra-aggressive and loves to go for the knockout.
There is going to be a lot of crowd-pleasing action in the leadup to the Canelo vs. GGG 2 main event. With that said, Canelo vs. GGG 2 will by far be the best boxing extravaganza of 2018. Check out the Official Canelo vs. GGG 2 Undercard below!
