Jarrett ‘Swift’ Hurd only knows one way of fighting and that’s straightforward. Hurd will look to impose his will on Julian ‘J. Rock’ Williams with effective pressure. If Williams has any chance of lifting those WBA, IBF, and IBO junior middleweight titles off of Hurd’s shoulders, he is going to have to counterpunch like never before; while fighting Hurd on the inside in spots.

Hurd will be there for Williams to hit; it’s just that Hurd keeps on coming! Expect for Hurd to come forward behind his jab and start throwing hard shots. Expect for Williams to move and box Hurd while also using his jab as a range finder to land vicious shots of his own.

Any fight that Jarrett Hurd will be in is going to be exciting given his bully boxing style. It does not hurt that the champion will be in front of his hometown crowd at the MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland. So who wins?

This fight will boil down to whether or not Julian Williams can take the spitfire that Hurd is going to dish out to him. Just do not think Williams will be able to deal with the relentlessness of Hurd.
