‘Special K’ Kell Brook will make his return to the ring on Saturday, February 8, 2020, on DAZN after over a year layoff from the ring. His opponent will be Mark DeLuca. Brook will be fighting at junior-middleweight after fighting most of his career at welterweight. This fight will take place in Brook’s backyard at the FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield, England.

DeLuca has only one loss on his professional boxing record and that loss was a close fight that ended in a split-decision. DeLuca should be a good challenge for Brook given the layoff. Kell Brook had much success at welterweight as held the IBF welterweight title and defended it many times.
Brook is now 2 and 2 in his last 4 fights. The last 2 fights, however, were victories for Brook so he will try to build on that with a win against DeLuca at junior middleweight. Brook has always been a big welterweight so he should continue to do well at junior middleweight.
