This past Saturday night, Yordenis ’54 Milagros’ Ugas used his superior boxing skills to defeat the great Manny ‘PacMan’ Pacquiao. Ugas was masterful as he doubled up on the jab and kept Pacquiao’s offense at bay.

Pacquiao had some moments in the fight, but he did not have the movement we are used to seeing. Ugas cruised to a 12th round unanimous decision victory to retain his WBA (Super) welterweight title.
After the fight, the two fighters embraced as they showed so much respect for each other. Pacquiao vs. Ugas was the epitome of styles making fights. Pacquiao has always had trouble with superior boxers.
With that said, August 21, 2021, was no different. Will Pacquiao fight again? If he does not, he will go down as one of the best fighters to ever live. As for Ugas, the win over the great Manny Pacquiao has sprung him into superstardom.
