This past Saturday evening, ‘The Predator’ Francis Ngannou put the boxing world on notice with a stunning performance against the WBC heavyweight champion, ‘The Gypsy King’ Tyson Fury. Ngannou shocked the world in his professional boxing debut as he scored a knockdown on Fury in the third round.

That was impressive, given it was Ngannou’s first professional boxing match. He managed to score a knockdown on the WBC heavyweight champion of the world. Fury vs. Ngannou was scheduled for ten rounds, so a knockdown was huge in Ngannou’s favor.
Unsure if Fury underestimated Ngannou, but Ngannou put on an outstanding performance in front of the Saudi Arabia boxing crowd. Fury vs. Ngannou went to the judges’ scorecards, and Fury got the close 12th-round split-decision victory. Ngannou lost the fight but got one judge to see the fight in his favor. That’s impressive!
