The boxing year 2023 was the gift that kept on giving. The boxing world finally got the Errol Spence, Jr. vs. Terence Crawford fight. Crawford took apart Spence to become the undisputed welterweight champion and Boxing’s #1 Pound 4 Pound King. Also, the boxing world got to witness Gervonta Davis vs. Ryan Garcia. Davis stopped Garcia in that epic fight.

Those fights were a part of many in the boxing year 2023. Some big upsets took place in 2023 as well. Some fighters took a step back in 2023, and some fighters rose. Devin ‘The Dream’ Haney took a big step forward in 2023 and will look to do bigger things in 2024.
As always, there are a lot of great fights deserving of the 2023 Fight of the Year, and some fighters who deserve the 2023 Fighter of the Year honor. With that said, here are Potshot Boxing’s (PSB) awards for the boxing year 2023.
