Last Saturday night, Dmitry Bivol used distance and great boxing to win the rematch against the highly aggressive Artur Beterbiev. Bivol learned from the first fight, controlled the distance, and kept Beterbiev’s pressure at bay with good jabs and counterpunching.
Bivol got the 12th-round majority decision over Beterbiev. He is now the undisputed light-heavyweight champion. Bivol and Beterbiev are two of the best pound 4 pound fighters in the sport. Will there be a trilogy fight?
