On April 30, 2016, Andre ‘The Beast’ Berto and ‘Vicious’ Victor Ortiz will enter the StubHub Center in Carson, California to try to once and for all resurrect their boxing careers. The last time these 2 fought in the ring against each other, it was 5 years ago, and both of these fighters were on their way to superstardom during that time.

In their 1st meeting, Ortiz used effective pressure to outpoint Berto en route to a unanimous decision victory, thus handing Andre Berto the 1st loss of his professional boxing career.
Since the 1st fight between Andre Berto and Victor Ortiz, both fighters’ boxing careers took a downward spiral as Berto’s boxing career started to get marred with injuries; while Victor Ortiz suffered a 4th round knockout loss to Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, Jr. right after the Berto fight; along with other let downs in his professional boxing career.
In Berto’s last fight, he got befuddled by the unbelievable boxing skills of Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Since the boxing world witnessed Victor Ortiz getting knocked out sideways by Luis Collazo in 2014, Ortiz bounced back nicely with a couple of knockouts of his own leading up to the rematch with Andre Berto on April 30, 2016.
So which one of these fighters will get their boxing careers back on track? I am not sure if either one of these fighters will make any noise in the boxing world after April 30, 2016, but one thing I do know is that when these 2 fighters fight each other, they give the boxing world a true blood and cuts war.
