The last time Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol shared the ring, they gave the boxing world a high-skilled chess match. In that fight, Bivol did a great job of boxing, and Beterbiev did a great job of using effective aggression.
Both fighters executed what they wanted to do in the ring, but in the end, the judges felt that Beterbiev’s effective aggression was executed better than Bivol’s superior boxing. Beterbiev got the 12th-round majority decision victory to become the undisputed light-heavyweight champion.
Now, on February 22, 2025, Beterbiev and Bivol will run it back. Can Bivol learn from the last fight and possibly force a rubber match? Or will Beterbiev’s effective aggression get much approved to overwhelm Bivol, and he remains undisputed?
The boxing world will look forward to watching this epic undisputed light-heavyweight rematch. Beterbiev vs. Bivol 2 will be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and DAZN PPV will air this fight. Early thoughts, Boxing World?
