This fight will boil down to which fighter will be willing to take the aggressor approach. Both of these fighters are great boxer-puncher type of fighters so one of these fighters will have to take the lead. Both fighters are great counterpunchers. Expect for this fight to be a chess match early, and then as the fight move on, the action will get heavy.
Both fighters have a great jab and expect for those jabs to be used early and often in this fight. This is a true 50/50 matchup between two great middleweight champions. Both fighters are so much alike, it is hard to pick a winner for this fight. With that said, Jacobs may have a little more to pull out a victory against Canelo.
Like his fight with Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin, however, if Jacobs does not beat Canelo convincingly and the fight is close, expect for Canelo to get the nod in this unification fight. So, who wins? If Jacobs can somehow use his good movement and counterpunching while effectively pressing Canelo in spots in this fight, then he has a huge chance to win.
If Canelo uses his good jab and thunderous body shots to wear down Jacobs late in the fight, then Canelo should prevail. This is going to be a great fight on DAZN! In the end, Daniel Jacobs should win this fight with his good boxer-punching skills, but if the fight is close, it would be surprising if he gets a decision.

It’s been bad blood buildup between Daniel Jacob and Canelo Alvarez and the fight will be one the best we have seen, with a few considerations if Jacob can handle Alvarez knock out power, he will most definitely beat Alvarez on the cards, Daniel becoming the new Champion!
