Newly crowned undisputed lightweight champion Devin ‘The Dream’ Haney dominated ‘Ferocious’ George Kambosos, Jr. to gain the lightweight titles. Haney went to Kambosos, Jr.’s country Australia, and took the titles away from him.
That was June 5, 2022. Now a Haney vs. Kambosos, Jr. rematch is in the works. The Haney vs. Kambosos, Jr. rematch is getting targeted for October. In the first fight, it was a landslide in Haney’s favor. Kambosos, Jr. was out-matched.
