Those two names are WBO middleweight champ Demetrius ‘Boo Boo’ Andrade and WBO junior middleweight champ Jaime Munguia. If Canelo decides to fight Munguia, then Munguia would have to move up to middleweight or even super-middleweight to fight Canelo.
If Canelo fights Andrade in September, that fight would more than likely be at middleweight as a unification fight.
Canelo Alvarez is the ultimate cash-cow of boxing right now, and he can pick and choose who he wants to face off against.
Both Andrade and Munguia would pose a huge threat to Canelo. With that said which of these fighters would have the best shot at beating Canelo? Cannot wait to hear who Canelo will be fighting next?
