WBC and IBF welterweight champion Errol ‘The Truth’ Spence, Jr. is one of the best Pound 4 Pound fighters in the sport of boxing today. He is coming off a great win back on September 28, 2019, when he defeated Shawn ‘Showtime’ Porter to become the unified WBC and IBF welterweight champion of the world.

Just 2 weeks after Spence unified the WBC and IBF welterweight titles, he was seriously injured in a car crash in Dallas, Texas due to high speeding in his Ferrari. Spence’s injuries were not life-threatening, however, he was charged with a DWI after being released from the hospital.
Now Spence states that he feels great in is ready to return to the ring. The WBC and IBF welterweight champ is targeting the fall of 2020 to make his return. The 2 names that Spence would like to face in his comeback fight are the other 2 champions of the welterweight division; WBA welterweight champion Manny ‘PacMan’ Pacquiao and WBO welterweight champion Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford.
Danny ‘Swift Garcia is also an option for Spence. Spence is looking to make a big splash in his return back to the ring. With opponents such as Garcia, Pacquiao and Crawford would be just what boxing needs to jump right back into the thick of things in the sports world.
