Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin has now signed with DAZN. DAZN is a sports streaming service that host a lot of Combat Sports from Boxing to the MMA. The deal Golovkin signed is a 3-year, 6 fight contract. The particulars on the dollar amount of the contract were not disclosed.

Now that Golovkin has signed with DAZN to the multi-year contract, this can open up a plethora of great fights for him as he heads into the twilight of his professional boxing career. One fight, in particular, that may take place as a result of Golovkin signing with DAZN is a possible third fight with Canelo Alvarez.
Alvarez was one of the first big name fighters to sign with DAZN, and now that Golovkin is on board, this could shape up to be an exciting end of 2019 if Alvarez and Golovkin decide to dance again in the fall. This is however if Canelo can get past ‘The Miracle Man’ Daniel Jacobs who will be a tough foe in front in him on May 4, 2019.
The middleweight division is stacked with possible Golovkin opponents. Demetrius ‘Boo Boo’ Andrade is another good middleweight who fights on DAZN. That could be a great opportunity for Golovkin to explore in the future as well.
No matter which way the tree shakes for Golovkin moving forward, signing with DAZN is a great opportunity for Golovkin to show the boxing world why he should be considered as one of the best middleweights of all time when his great professional boxing career is complete.
