This past Saturday, WBC junior bantamweight champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai gave his hometown boxing crowd in Thailand a show-stopping fight. Though it proved to be a stay busy fight for Sor Rungvisai, he is starting to turn a lot of heads in the boxing world. Sor Rungvisai came out dancing during the ring entrance to the delight of the Thailand boxing crowd. It was super-electric for Thailand’s hometown boxing star.
Sor Rungvisai did not disappoint as he broke down his opponent Young Gil Bae inside of the 1st round. Sor Rungvisai cracked Young Gil Bae with straight left after straight left. The fight was so one-sided. In the end, Sor Rungvisai used his straight left hands and combination punching to beat Young Gil Bae into submission. The referee stopped the fight and Srisaket Sor Rungvisai was awarded the 1st round TKO victory.
Conclusion
Since knocking off Pound 4 Pound King Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez, Sor Rungvisai has embraced his confidence and has used it to become one of the best fighters in boxing today. There is a date set for Sor Rungvisai to defend his WBC junior bantamweight title on October 6, 2018. His opponent is yet to be determined, but whoever the challenger will be, that fighter is going to have a hard time stopping Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.
