Kovalev was awarded the 11th round KO victory, thus, retaining his WBO light-heavyweight title. After the fight, Kovalev showed a lot of class as he went over to Yarde and congratulated him for giving him a great fight and told Yarde that he will be champion one day in the light-heavyweight division.
Now that Kovalev has gotten past Yarde, the boxing rumor mill is pointing Kovalev’s next steps in the path of Canelo Alvarez. If a potential fight between Sergey Kovalev and Canelo Alvarez is made, what are the odds that Kovalev can knock off the face of Boxing right now which is Canelo Alvarez?

Given kovalev history of not conditioning his body, Canelo has a chance but if comes with his destroyer fight game mentality Canelo wouldn’t stand a chance especially if he throws his jab, kovalev should win.
I hear you Bro! I would love to see this fight.
