Shawn ‘Showtime’ Porter withdrew from his bout with Thomas Dulorme on August 26, 2017, due to a death in his family. My heart goes out to Porter and his family. I am sure that Porter will bounce back before the year is out and bless the boxing world with his unbelievable aggressive boxing skills.

The fight between Porter and Dulorme was going to be the headliner of the preliminary fights scheduled to show on Fox leading up to the Mayweather vs. McGregor Showtime PPV event. What a potentially great fight Porter vs. Dulorme could have been. Dulorme, however, will have to look to stand-in opponent Yordenis Ugas to create fireworks on August 26.
