Terence Crawford walked through Felix Diaz en route to Diaz’s trainer stopping the fight at the end of round 10. Crawford collected the Diaz data in the first few rounds and then just exploded on him. With the win, Crawford retained his WBC and WBO junior welterweight titles.

After the fight, HBO Boxing Analyst Max Kellerman asked Crawford “Did you come out as a Southpaw to prove to Diaz that you can beat him at Southpaw? Why did you come out left-handed?” Crawford answered Kellerman by saying “I do want I want to do. This is my ring.”
I love this! Terence Crawford has to be put into the conversation as one of the top pound 4 pound fighters in the sport. His destruction of Diaz has definitely put the 140 to 147 pound weight classes on notice. Crawford also mentioned during the post-fight interview that he would love to unify the 140 pound belts by fighting Julius ‘Blue Machine’ Indongo, or even moving up to 147 to fight Manny ‘PacMan’ Pacquiao.
Crawford even had Keith ‘One Time’ Thurman’s name falling out of his mouth. Man, Terence Crawford is one of those fighters that you cannot help but to love. Who would you like to see Terence Crawford fight next? Check out Potshot Boxing’s latest boxing poll and vote.
