Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford and Amir ‘King’ Khan will face off for Crawford’s WBO welterweight title on April 20, 2019. Fight location is yet to be determined and the fight will be aired on ESPN PPV. Khan had 2 fighters to choose from to fight in 2019.
Kell Brook and Terence Crawford. Khan decided to forego fighting Kell Brook in what would have been a huge fight for the UK to fight one of boxing best Pound 4 Pound fighters in the sport in Terence Crawford.
Crawford is currently Potshot Boxing’s (PSB) #1 Pound 4 Pound fighter. Khan’s speed and boxing will present a test for Crawford, but will it be enough to offset the switch-hitting offense of Crawford? This will be a great fight for the boxing world.
