What a great fight we are about to witness this Saturday, August 19, 2017! Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford. Julius ‘Blue Machine’ Indongo. This fight has all of the tools to be a great, great fight!
First of all, I cannot believe that Crawford is favored by 10 to 1 to beat Indongo in this fight according to the Vegas betting odds. Indongo is a great counterpuncher with good footwork. Furthermore, he also possesses a devastating left hook.

Crawford, in the words of your mother and Grandmother, “Watch that left!” Anyway, we all know that Crawford is going to try and collect data on Indongo in hopes of exploding on him by round 5. Indongo may be a harder nut to crack as he possesses great ring distance and movement.
This fight will be a chess match throughout with junior welterweight supremacy on the line. I predict that this fight will be closer than most boxing fans think. If Crawford, however, can somehow look impressive against a great fighter like Julius Indongo, he will definitely be taking closer steps to not only junior welterweight supremacy, but Pound 4 Pound Supremacy.
Both fighters are elusive and crafty. Indongo is calculating, and Crawford is calculating. I love both of these fighters, but in the end, it will be Crawford’s stances that will prove to win the night.
