Boxing Sensation Terence Crawford will once again take his talents to his hometown at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska. This time the undefeated WBO junior welterweight champion will be putting his crown on the line against a very tough Dierry Jean.

This should be a great fight as I expect for Crawford to use his jab to back Jean up and bang him with hard counter shots when Jean tries to weave in and out of trouble. Jean will be a true test for Crawford at 140 as his only loss was to Lamont ‘Havoc’ Peterson so Crawford is going to have to bring his ‘A’ game to the ring on October 24, 2015, if he plans on continuing his rise in the sport.
Jean likes to fight in spots so I expect for Crawford use his good hand speed to catch Jean when he leaks out. Crawford loves to fight full speed ahead so Jean will have no choice but to try and match the intensity and grit that Crawford is going to bring to him on October 24. I expect for Jean to try and keep the fight on the ropes as Crawford can get into trouble when against the ropes.
So who wins this fight?
Well, as long as Crawford can keep the fight in the middle of the ring he should win easy. Jean is a good boxer in the middle of the ring as well, but he is known for getting hit with big right hands and I expect for Crawford to lower the boom on another sacrificial opponent in front of his hometown crowd.
Prediction: Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford by unanimous decision
