Possible opponents for Garcia include Manny ‘PacMan’ Pacquiao, Mikey Garcia, and Errol ‘The Truth’ Spence, Jr. just to name a few. Garcia is just a contract signature away from fighting whichever popular welterweight chooses to fight him.
