Robert ‘The Ghost’ Guerrero started off strong in his matchup against Omar Figueroa, Jr. this past Saturday night. Figueroa’s counter uppercuts, however, led to Guerrero’s demise as he took uppercut after uppercut in rounds 2 and 3 Figueroa that stopped him dead in his tracks.
Figueroa mixed in a few combinations and body shots to close the deal in round 3, but Guerrero’s aggression got him in trouble. Omar Figueroa was awarded the impressive 3rd round TKO victory, thus, handing Guerrero the 1st stoppage loss of his professional boxing career.
